What is a Priority Inspection?
A Priority Home Inspection is a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out. This inspection will exceed the standards of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the American Society of Home Inspectors.
As NACHI-certified professional home inspectors, we have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation.
We will inspect all the structural elements and systems of the home. Items that will typically be included in a Priority Home Inspection are:
Radon Gas and Mold Testing are available for additional and separate fees.
When the inspection is complete, we will discuss with you all issues that were discovered. We will also review routine maintenance that should be performed, as well as answer any questions you may have. You will also receive a full written report of the inspection via email. A video tour of your prospective new home will also be provided to you on a compact disk.
